Typically, a computer can be many users. However, if you use
an account for that computer, your data, others can see.
If that computer is a corporate computer, you must protect
the confidentiality the data of each saff. The best way you should give each
saff a computer and ask them to put a password on their computer. But you will
pay the huge cost. Therefore, network administrators will use the Local User
and Group to create user accounts on the same computer, then your data will be
kept.
1. Create a Local User
To Create Local User, you must the right as administor of
system.
B1: Open the Local User and Group program.
- Start / Program /
Administrative Tool / Computer Management / Local User and Group.
- Or you can: Start / run / Input lusrmgr.msc
B2: Right-click folder User and choose New User
B3: Input parameters
B4: Create User 2, User 3, User 4
B5: Log on User 1
2. Create Local group account
B1: Star / Run / Input lusrmgr.msc
B2: Right-click folder Group and chooseNew Group
B3: Group name: SINHVIEN select Add
B4: Box New Group choose Add/input SV1/choose Check name/OK
SV1 added on Group SINHVIEN
